I'm so excited that you've found Sweetly Balanced Lifestyle Journals, a tool to help you more deeply explore and understand yourself, your life, and the world around you. I started my own bullet journal in the fall of 2020, and it's grown and developed into something so special in my life. I am thrilled to be able to share this part journal, part planner, part coloring book with others.
Each month you will set goals for yourself, track your moods + habits, and learn how to find joy in everyday life. You’ll recognize challenges you’ve overcome and celebrate the good times you enjoyed. It’s my greatest hope that these practices will bring more balance and peace to you each day.
I love a fresh start - whether that’s the beginning of a new year, new month, a Monday, or even just a new day. Give yourself the grace to start anew when you need it, and commit to coming back to the pages of your journal as often as you need to track your progress and reflect. (Find a time each day to set aside 5 - 10 minutes to work in your journal and make it a part of your routine!)
Each month, grab six different shades of your favorite colored pencils, markers, etc. + a pen or pencil, and get ready to plan! Reﬂect on the month before and think ahead to what you’re looking forward to. Fill in your calendar with important dates and appointments and identify what you’ll focus on in key areas of your life. The best person to keep you accountable is Y O U !
