So much can happen in the span of a few weeks! Taking the time at the beginning of each month to reflect and reset can help get you back on track, or started on a new trajectory.
Reflections
Every month has great times and hard times. Look back on the past month and make note of the bigger occasions. What favorite moments do you want to remember? What wins do you want to celebrate? Also, recognize the hard moments and challenges you wrestled with. Growth can happen slowly, and monthly reflections help show progress over time. Don't forget to look ahead to what's coming up in the next few weeks that you're excited about!
Start - Stop - Continue
A new month is an opportunity to assess your habits, applaud the things going well, and make changes when necessary. What habits, programs, books, self-care, etc. do you want to start this month? What do you want to stop? What things are going well that you want to continue? Give yourself the opportunity to hit the reset button when needed.
